Lead leasing performance at UniLodge Auckland Central, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident attraction across a flagship student accommodation asset.

Role Overview

As a full‑time, permanent Leasing Agent (40 hrs per week, Monday‑Friday), you will manage all aspects of leasing for a 758‑room student accommodation property behind a heritage façade in the CBD. Your responsibilities include maximizing occupancy, reducing vacancy, and leading the leasing journey from enquiry to lease execution and renewal. You will collaborate closely with on‑site and national management teams and build strong partnerships to support occupancy and resident satisfaction.
