We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our newly formed team at UniLodge Auckland Central on a full-time permanent basis (40 hours per week across Monday to Friday).
Your role will be responsible for driving leasing performance across a newly built student accommodation asset comprising of 758 rooms in a landmark property set behind a heritage façade. The building includes extensive common areas, a large gym, and retail space, offering residents a premium living experience in the heart of the CBD.
As the Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in maximising occupancy, reducing vacancy, and contributing to the overall performance of the property.
