Join our team as Leasing Agent in Somerset West, Cape Town.

Position Overview

The Leasing Agent’s key role is to generate leads and convert these into successful deals in line with provided targets and manage this via the provided Lead Tool. The agent will be responsible to enforce the provided marketing strategy and report to the Leasing manager within an agreed format.

Requirements BEE position. Must have a current, valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Registered Property Practitioner with the PPRA with valid FFC. Proven sales/leasing track record. Technology and marketing skills (worked before on a CRM system, know how to load property listings and use social media). Support Relationship

The Leasing Agent will report directly to the Leasing Manager and interact with other key stakeholders, e.g., Sales & Marketing manager.
