We are seeking a results-oriented Leasing and Marketing Associate to support the leasing and marketing operations of a commercial high-rise property in Ortigas Center.

This role contributes directly to tenant acquisition, broker coordination, marketing execution, and occupancy performance within a competitive CBD environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Operations

• Respond to leasing inquiries from brokers and corporate clients
• Conduct property presentations and site inspections
• Prepare lease proposals, rental computations, and offer letters
• Maintain updated availability matrix and leasing tracker
• Monitor lease renewals, expirations, and vacancy movement

Marketing & Market Support

• Manage and update digital property listings
