Leasing Assistant Manager/ Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of leasing out
  office, shop lot, retail and industrial space
  , liaise with agents, attend walk in customers & conduct cold calls.
• To conduct Commercial Buildings market rental survey (at least 2 times a year or as required).
• Responsible for all marketing matters including preparing of marketing collaterals, update Hap Seng Happenings Website, provide periodic survey & updates of market rates as and when needed.
• Conduct marketing presentations and assist in the planning of tenants' mix.
• Update Plaza Hap Seng advertisements, logo for pylon/ digital pylon, video wall, main lobby tenant's directory & directional signage (1 week before tenant start operation/ opening).
• Car Park Matters - in charge of co-ordinating car park allocation for tenants.
• Attend to resolve debts and tenants' complaints.
