Leasing Assistant Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leasing and tenant relations functions for assigned properties
• Ensure proper handover and monitoring of all signed-up leases
• Ensure tenant support on the property’s marketing plans
• Assist in upgrading retail tenants
• Internal and external coordination
• And any other tasks that may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• Real Estate License is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of Leasing and/or Sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
