Reports to: Leasing Manager
Job Summary: The Leasing & Billing Officer / Leasing Manager
The Leasing & Billing Assistant provides administrative support to the Leasing Manager and leasing team. This role is responsible for helping manage daily leasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customer service efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Leasing Manager & Leasing Officer with day-to day operations, including, leasing paperwork and Billing Management
Maintain organized records of lease agreements, and renewals.
Track leasing activity and prepare reports on occupancy, availability, and lead conversions.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and organizing documents.
