Leasing Consultant - Muiti-Residential (Calgary, AB)

Responsibilities

• Achieves weekly/monthly sales and occupancy targets for an assigned portfolio of properties that may change as per the needs of the business
• Assists in supporting entry‑level Leasing Consultants / team members with guidance from Leadership
• Takes sales calls and emails, and performs follow‑ups with qualified prospects, consistently overcoming objections, leading them through the sales process, and closing sales
• Completes all leasing administration tasks including updating leasing workflow for each prospect, processing applications, completing lease documents, and maintaining commission reports
• Assists in maintaining Rent Ready reports for all assigned sites
• Inspects vacant suites daily/weekly to ensure “Rent Ready” status is maintained
