The Role: 

Conduct the Leasing of a rent roll of properties

Advertising properties online

Co-ordinating Open Homes and showing properties via appointment

Processing application Forms and approving 

Administration tasks including rent review letters and following up insurances

Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals

Working towards targets and KPI’s

Maintaining files and other ad hoc tasks

The Candidate:

Previous Experience in Real Estate is advantageous
