Leasing Customer Service Representative

Community Leasing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our growing team and platform! Community Leasing is the only leasing agency focused exclusively on affordable housing in Los Angeles. We’re dedicated to bridging the gap between Housing Providers and Tenants with Section 8 Vouchers (or other government subsidies).
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and assist on all daily call activities related to the leasing process.
- Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting features that meet prospective tenants' needs.
- Follow up on leads, converting inquiries into signed leases.
- Build and maintain relationships with current tenants, addressing concerns, resolving issues.
**Qualifications**
- Able to juggle a high volume of files in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality, an eye for detail/proofing, and being proactive.
- Real Estate and Transaction Experience strongly preferred.
