Job Description

Our client is a global real estate company.
Responsibilities
Achieving sales targets and developing Sales strategy and service by providing total solutions to the customer.
Approaching new potential customers, while maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
Supporting the team to negotiate terms and conditions of the agreement and close the deal.
Conducting market and competitor analysis to find ways how to boot up the sale target.
Identifying key targeted prospective tenants, analyzing tenant business plans, and pitching bespoke business ideas to secure tenancy.
Overseeing marketing and negotiation with anchor tenants to establish a cordial working relationship and secure tenancy.
Overseeing the lease administrative department to manage the leasing process (legal documentation, relevant paperwork, etc.).
