About the Role
As a Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in driving occupancy, building tenant relationships, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality leasing outcomes across property assets.
You will work closely with the senior team and gain hands-on exposure across the full leasing lifecycle, including marketing, inspections, negotiations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with leasing enquiry management, tenant inspections, and follow-up Support negotiations on new leases, renewals, and incentives Prepare leasing proposals, heads of agreement, and associated documentation Coordinate marketing campaigns, listings, and on-site signage Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and track competing supply Build strong relationships with tenants, agents, and stakeholders Support reporting, occupancy analysis, and portfolio administration Ensure all leasing acti...
