About the role

Join our dynamic team at BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd as a Leasing Executive (BSC Mall). In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in the leasing and management of our prestigious BSC Mall development. Your focus will be on cultivating relationships with potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring the ongoing success of the mall.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively market available retail spaces to prospective tenants, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our mall
2. Negotiate and finalise lease agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the tenants and the company
3. Manage the leasing portfolio, including monitoring lease expiration dates, renewals, and tenant relationships
