Leasing Executive

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new tenants for retail and commercial properties;
• Handle leasing enquiries, viewings, negotiations, and renewal;
• Involve in marketing survey, leasing strategies, and rental analysis;
• Manage tenancy documentation including tenancy agreements and related legal documents;
• Coordinate with internal teams (property management, project, legal, finance, sales & marketing);
• Conduct regular checks of premises to ensure tenants comply with all the terms and rules stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement; and
• Facilitate the compliance of all technical requirements prior to the commencement of business by tenants.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail/ mall management
• Diploma or higher in Real Estate Management/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Property Management/ related fields;
