Leasing Executive

Job Summary

The Leasing Executive is responsible for executing leasing strategies, securing tenants, and maintaining good tenant relationships to achieve malls occupancy and revenue targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with internal team to ensure smooth leasing operations and timely tenancy handovers.

Key Responsibilites :

Leasing and Tenant Management

• Source and secure suitable tenants according to the malls tenant mix strategy.
• Handle tenant inquiries, site visits, proposal, and follow up
• Prepare and process relevant tenancy documentation ( LOI, Renewal Letters, etc )
• Monitor lease expiries and initiate renewal discussions in a timely manner
• Maintain and update tenant database and leasing reports accurately

Coordination and Handover

• Liaise with tenants, designers and the malls operations team on fit-out,...
