Role Overview

The Office Leasing Head will lead and oversee the full spectrum of office leasing operations, ensuring optimal occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and portfolio growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial office portfolios and driving leasing performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing overall leasing operations, including at least 5 years specifically in office leasing experience.
• Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in the managerial role, overseeing teams and driving performance in a commercial real estate environment.
• Must have experience managing large-scale office portfolios of at least 185,000 SQM.
