• Support Leasing Strategy – Assist the Head of Leasing in planning and executing strategies for tenant mix and mall occupancy.
• Develop Retail Concepts – Design and implement innovative retail concepts to attract prospective tenants.
• Prospect & Lease Spaces – Identify potential tenants, conduct space viewings, and manage leasing activities.
• Vacancy & Occupancy Management – Monitor current and upcoming vacancies to maintain full mall occupancy.
• Financial & Lease Management – Prepare rental budgets, projections, and reports; negotiate new and renewal leases.
