about the job The successful candidate will strategically oversee the full lifecycle of the group's real estate portfolio, driving retail and F&B site acquisition, lease negotiations, and comprehensive facility asset management. Portfolio Expansion & Leasing:
Identify and secure prime locations for new F&B and retail outlets, leading commercial lease negotiations and fostering strategic partnerships with major landlords and developers.
Lease Lifecycle Management:
Oversee all lease agreements, tracking critical renewal and expiration timelines to execute timely relocation or renewals in alignment with corporate strategy.
Store Design & Project Management:
