Role Overview

The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing the company’s retail leasing portfolio across Malaysia and Singapore, with a strong focus on mall leasing, renewals, and new store tenancy negotiations. In addition to leasing, this role supports store opening project coordination to ensure timely handover and opening, and contributes to business development efforts that help drive sales and brand presence.
