Job Description
The role is responsible to assess and select store lease spaces for the new store, kiosks, and pop-ups in all possible retail locations. Ensures all mall requirements and lease commencements are aligned with their projected store timelines. Monitor and negotiate rental rate variations and secure store construction bonds and security deposits.
Monitors and assess current and future competitors of the brand. Coordinates and resolves leasing issues of the space and presents an assessment of current and future leasing plans of the company. Assist in the necessary documentation for all permits and licensing.
Qualifications
Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City
Graduate of any Marketing and Business Management course with 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
