Job Description
The leasing agent is responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to ensure maximum occupancy and resident retention. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives. He or she must demonstrate a commitment to anticipating and exceeding the expectations of residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an effective marketing strategy for vacant units.
- Coordinate showings from all marketing sources.
