Leasing Manager

GCH Retail is seeking an experienced and proactive Leasing Manager to manage and grow our leasing portfolio across our retail complexes (e.g., Giant Hypermarkets and other branded outlets). The successful candidate will be responsible for securing tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue performance.
Key Responsibility:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain quality tenants
Negotiate new leases, renewals, and amendments in line with company goals
Prepare tenancy documents (LOI, LOO, Tenancy Agreement, etc.) and ensure compliance
Maintain updated records on occupancy, rental rates, and tenancy schedules
Conduct market research on rental trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with operations, fit-out, and legal teams to support tenant onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and agents
Monitor lease expiry and rental income performance
