Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of tenancy & leasing management
• Formulate & implement leasing strategy analysis for rental rate, occupancy rate & tenancy mix.
• Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
• Develop leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants.
• Lease vacant unit/ space according to leasing plan / schedule in accordance with the relevant time frames set out.
• Ensure proper tenant mix in the mall in line with business strategy and market demand and continually monitor tenant mix in order to achieve desired company business objectives.
• Perform market research pertaining to the current and upcoming market conditions, rental rates, improvements and recommendations for the mall.
