Define and execute integrated leasing strategies for retail, F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality components, aligned with the overall positioning and brand vision of Tersane Istanbul.
Lead high-level negotiations with international luxury brands, lifestyle retailers, flagship F&B concepts.
Curate and optimize tenant mix to enhance destination appeal, guest experience, footfall quality, and revenue performance.
Structure complex commercial agreements, including turnover-based leases and hybrid models.
Oversee the full leasing lifecycle, from market strategy and deal origination to contract execution and handover.
Monitor global and regional trends in luxury retail, tourism, lifestyle consumption, and destination-led projects.
Collaborate closely with asset management, hospitality operations, development, marketing, and branding teams.
