Our client within residential property management requires a Leasing Manager to join their team.
The leasing manager is responsible for marketing, leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to ensure maximum occupancy and retention of residents.
The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives.

They will demonstrate a commitment to anticipating and exceeding resident and client
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain effective marketing for vacant apartment units
Coordinate showings from all marketing sources
Effectively lease vacant apartments and reduce vacancy via individual showings
Responsible for the collection of deposits, preparing and processing full application packages, obtaining relevant supporting documentation, lease preparation, and guiding prospective tenants through the application process
