Leasing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail operations across 8th Avenue outlets
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and store presentation compliance
• Monitor sales performance and drive revenue initiatives
• Coordinate with tenants/brands on operational requirements and promotions
• Track inventory levels and minimize shrinkage risks
• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly
• Liaise with Facilities, Security, and Marketing for seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
• 1 - 2 years experience in retail operations, mall operations, or commercial leasing support
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with retail reporting systems preferred
