Job Summary

The Leasing Officer supports the mall's leasing operations by assisting in tenant management, lease documentation, and day-to-day leasing activities. The role ensures smooth execution of lease agreements, promotes positive tenant relationships, and contributes to maintaining high occupancy rates.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, processing, and monitoring of lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding lease terms, requirements, and occupancy schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of lease contracts, tenant profiles, and occupancy reports.
• Support site inspections, space turnover, and tenant fit-out coordination.
• Monitor tenant compliance with lease obligations and operational requirements.
