Leasing Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Leasing Sales Officer assists with marketing and leasing properties, and ensures properties are maintained effectively. The Leasing Officer will screen prospective tenants and achieve high occupancy rates.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate appointments to show units to prospective tenants.
• Accompany prospective Tenants during site visits and inspections of available units.
• Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, maintenance, repairs, and the general terms and conditions of the lease.
• Prepare and submit Leasing Proposals to prospective tenants.
• Prepare, submit, and facilitate the execution of Contracts of Lease.
• Investigate prospective tenants' financial and credit status to determine eligibility.
• Collate regulatory requirements from tenants.
