CLA Central Mall is seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Officer to join our team in Pagsanjan Laguna. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing residential property leasing and tenancy matters, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively market and promote available rental properties to potential tenants
• Screen and qualify prospective tenants, conducting reference and credit checks as required
• Negotiate and prepare tenancy agreements, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met
• Manage the move-in and move-out process for tenants, coordinating inspections and bond refunds
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address any tenancy-related issues that arise
