Qualifications

• At least with Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices an advantage
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
• Can work independently and able to multitask
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Manila
• Can start immediately

Job Description

• Act as Leasing Agent of available properties, present and provide details of properties to prospective tenant;
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, prepare contracts and regulatory compliances;
• Ensure proper maintenance, inspect properties periodically and assist tenants with their moving-in requirements.
• Respond to potential clients' inquiries and concerns, and discuss rental agreements;
