About the Role

We are looking for a Leasing Operations Executive to join our dynamic real estate team.

This position is office-based (not work-from-home) and plays a key role in ensuring that all leasing documents, property listings, and client transactions are properly managed and executed with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize lease contracts, renewals, and addenda
• Track contract expirations and send renewal reminders
• Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents
• Upload and update property listings on online portals (Lamudi, DotProperty, Carousell, Facebook Marketplace)
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, leasing agents, and property management offices
• Secure move-in/move-out permits and assist with tenant turnovers
