KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The LEASING SALES MANAGER will be managing all leasing sales activities of the company such as commercial leasing to industrial leasing. The LEASING SALES MANGER shall come up with strategies and implement the same to ensure continuous sales growth of the leasing business of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales growth and hit sales forecasts.
• Design and implement strategic sales plan that aims to expand the company's customer base and increase pipeline.
• Design and implement retention programs for existing clients and tenants.
• Negotiate on the terms of the lease.
• Build and promote good relationships with clients and tenants.
• Set objectives and goals for the team members
• Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
