Leasing Section Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to fill up all vacant space of assigned floors/projects as per set Work/Tenant Mix Plan by Management within the targeted time frame
• Responsible to renew all expiring tenants of assigned floors/projects timely
• Responsible for operational excellence of Leasing business process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher from Business Management/Marketing
• Min. 4 years of working experience in Leasing for Mall/Shopping Centre
• Able to work with sales target
• Stay updated with lifestyle trend
• Good attention to details
