In this dynamic role, BGO seeks a Leasing Specialist to oversee the administrative processes associated with lease agreements and resident relationships. The position requires a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to facilitate smooth move-in experiences. You'll engage with prospective residents and assist with all leasing activities while enhancing the community spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lease documentation and applications through Yardi
• Conduct inspections for suite turnovers and resident move-ins
• Establish and maintain positive resident relations
• Organize resident welcome orientations and communications
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of properties for viewings
