                    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing 
With at least 3 years of work experience in terms of Asset Sales & Leasing 
Strong communication and presentation skills 
Flexible, organized and has the ability to do multi-tasking 
Proficient in the us of computer, MS Office, Google earth pro 
Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. Has high sense of urgency and can deliver in accordance with the given timeframe 
Can handle inquiries, ads, getting sales and leasing prospects
