Leasing Specialist

Job description:

Responsible for sourcing and closing new tenants, increasing mall occupancy and revenue, and supporting tenant renewals. Conducts site inspections, coordinates lease documentation, responds to tenant concerns promptly, and supports customer service and continuous learning initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help conduct Tenant Relation function at all times
• Help ensure the improvement and increase of occupancy rate
• Assist in handling all available areas in the mall and looking for prospective tenants
• Coordinate appointments to show lease space to prospective tenants
• Monitor contract expiration of tenants
• Prepare Lease Offer Sheet, MOA, Contract of Lease, and Award Notice to all tenants (Long and Short Term Lessee)
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to support tenant request
