Job Description

Help conduct Tenant Relation function at all times 
Help ensure the improvement and increase of occupancy rate 
Assist in handling all available areas in the mall and looking for prospective tenants 
Coordinate appointments to show lease space to prospective tenants 
Monitor contract expiration of tenantsPrepare Lease Offer Sheet, MOA, Contract of Lease, and Award Notice to all tenants (Long and Short Term Lessee) 
Coordinate with internal and external customers to support tenant request 
CAN START ASAP
