The Leasing Team Lead will lead Keyper’s leasing function, driving growth, efficiency, and exceptional client experience across all leasing operations. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will also play a key role in promoting Keyper’s Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) solution and digital rent payment platform , building partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence within the leasing cycle.
