What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?

• Perform full-service repairs including resoling, stretching, and heel rebuilding.
• Execute professional leather restoration, including deep cleaning, dyeing, and scuff repair.
• Operate industrial sewing and buffing machines with high precision.
• Assess material types to determine the best adhesives and treatment methods.
• Provide expert advice to clients on leather care and maintenance.
