(What the role is)
This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, Banking & Finance in the School of Business & Accountancy.
(What you will be working on)
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and deliver curriculum (including online courses) and assessments for full-time and part-time courses for students and adult learners.
Supervise student projects and internships with industry partners.
Counsel and mentor students to support their learning and personal development, provide education and career guidance, and coach them for competitions.
Undertake academic-related administration and committee work, support outreach activities and study trips, and ad-hoc projects that support the school's mission.
Plan, lead, manage and develop industry projects.
(What we are looking for)
At least 3 years' relevant industry experience. Prior teaching experience will be an advantage.
