Job Summary

The Troy University School of Social Work and Human Services invites applications for a full-time, 10-month, non-tenure track Lecturer position beginning August 1, 2026. The Coordinator of Practicum Education will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses across the BSW and MSW, and/or Human Services curricula, with a particular emphasis on direct practice and practicum education seminar; provide supervision to practicum students, assist with transitioning students from pre-practicum to practicum courses, responsible for the Practicum Software (adding new students/faculty, courses, agencies and create reports as needed, documents, etc. into the software program and approving new site placements), responsible for keeping practicum courses up to date each term/semester, train faculty on practicum course requirements and assist faculty with practicum related questions, Work with the practicum education leadership to sustain accreditation standards a...
