Lecturer – Fashion Montreal

Overview

As a fashion lecturer you will be responsible for designing and delivering fashion-related courses, covering topics such as fashion history, design, manufacturing and contemporary trends. Status: Contract; Fall 2024 session; Location: Lasalle College, Montreal, Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Plan class sessions
• Deliver sessions in an agile, productive and structured manner
• Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach
• Administer and correct assessments
• Monitor each student and encourage success
• Be available to students in order to promote their development of the skill targeted by the course
• All other related tasks

Requirements

• You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma, with an option or concentration in the discipline concerned
