The Role

This Lecturer/Senior Lecturer role within the Department of Primary Health Care in Wellington represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified primary health care professional to make a significant contribution to on-going teaching of medical students and other departmental teaching programmes depending on your particular expertise.

Primary Health Care research with translational components is valued in the Department.

This is a “hands on” teaching and research role, this position will enable a dynamic individual to add value to the Department on all fronts including community involvement, research contribution and developing future practitioners.

The successful candidate will ideally be a registered health professional with a clinical background relevant to Primary Health Care.
