Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily safety toolbox meetings
• Support work planning for contractual commitments
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of crew work
• Operate necessary equipment at various job sites
• Promptly address health and safety concerns
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Supervisory experience in road maintenance or construction
• Snow plow operation experience preferred
