Key Responsibilities
Assist Legal/Lease Administration team with:
documentation of leases and execution;
bank guarantee applications;
follow up of fitout contributions; and
making necessary payments.
Assist Property Administration and Finance teams with lease and rent queries to ensure that rents are paid accurately and on time.
Maintenance and update of property database and department reports and systems.
Liaise with landlords and other departments in relation to lease queries.
Business Operations
Knowledge of the Property industry with proven capacity to understand and interpret contracts, understand legal terminology and the obligations of both tenants and landlords.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and pro-actively in a close team environment.
Excellent time, task and project management abilities.
