Job Description

Responsibilities:
Legal support for business departments of the Group companies, with particular emphasis on the Energy area
Legal advice on matters relating to energy law, environmental protection law, administrative law, construction law
Drafting contracts, conducting due diligence for energy transactions
Providing regulatory advice, and representing the company in negotiations and disputes
Structuring and negotiating energy-related transactions
Ensuring that all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations
Mitigating legal risks and facilitating smooth transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect the group interests
Analyse regulatory requirements, and assess legal risks in transactions and projects
Provide accurate and comprehensive legal guidance
Representing Group companies in administrative proceedings
