Job Description
Step into a leadership role as Associate General Counsel at Worley, either in Calgary or Houston. You will play an integral part in legal strategy and mentoring within the team.
In this full-time position, you’ll oversee mid-level legal operations within Worley’s Canada division. Your expertise in contract negotiation and legal advisory will be fundamental to progress and risk management. You will develop training programs for junior lawyers and business partners while forging relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Guide complex legal matters with minimal supervision • Mentor junior lawyers for talent development • Implement new legal tools and templates for efficiency • Build effective relationships with business partners • Support legal compliance across various projects
