In this role reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will handle the legal facets of financing and developing renewable energy initiatives. The position focuses on contract negotiation, legal compliance, and partnership oversight, ensuring smooth operational mechanics for the corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on legal commitments of projects
• Draft and revise commercial agreements
• Manage legal aspects of partnerships
• Provide legal counsel to business units
• Oversee litigation files effectively
Requirements:
• Quebec Bar member or equivalent
• Experience in renewable energy projects
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ethical
• Bilingual in French and English
