Legal Counsel Work Location: Changi site office Working days: 5 days 8am to 5pm Salary: $12k to $15k (depends on experience)
Requirements Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university Minimum 10 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house (preferably in the construction industry) Deep knowledge and understanding of construction laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks in Singapore
Job Description Ensure the legal integrity of contracts to protect the company's interests and prevent potential legal issues. Advise on the appropriate legal structures for project entities (e.g., joint ventures, SPVs) and ensure their compliance with local and international laws.
