(Pre-Litigation). • Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits. • Draft LORs. • Send Welcome Letters to clients. • Relabeling file documents and securing clean client records. • Order Police Reports. • Request Med Pay. • Disengagement letters to providers / clients (using template and with attorney approval). • Order medical records & bills. • Send medical referrals. • Generate disbursement sheets. • Send Open Records Requests to Police De...
